I’m known in the office for my infectious laugh and my high bun, getting stuff done hair style. I started as an unpaid intern and through my 125% more-than-all-in attitude combined with more caffeine than one should consume, I now handle the marketing, advertising, sales development, and portions of operations for 6 companies and divisions of USG Holding, including Into Innovations. I’ve worked with dozens of national and international companies and organizations delivering results-oriented branding and marketing/advertising campaigns.
Outside of work, you can find me with my son and dog doing something outside – hiking, kayaking, biking, etc. I love traveling and will never say no if asked “are you up for an adventure?”

I am a caffeinated mother of two strong-minded boys that can always be found with a to-do list and an accomplishing attitude. In 2015, I graduated from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Communications with a dual concentration in Advertising and Communication Studies. I joined the Into Innovations team in December of 2016. Since then I have worked on projects ranging from events, campaigns, content for a variety of channels and more!
Outside of work I can be found spending all of my time with family and friends, Googling random facts, reading, and watching Friends reruns for the 100th time.

Driven by creativity and caffeine, I am a multi-tasking, detail-oriented designer with a soft spot for witty jokes and bad singing. I’m passionate for meticulous design, organization, and problem solving. You can find me outside of the box tending to graphics, branding, UX & UI design, typography, and all things design.
Away from work I can be found outside seeking adventure, spending quality time with my fiancé and aussie pup, lost inside a good book, expanding my soul with music, or binging the latest new tv show.

I am a wife and mama that is full of sass and caffeine. Married to my wonderful husband Matt with a sweet little girl and a grown son that are my greatest achievements in life. When not spending time with my family you will usually find me in my downtime researching the latest trends in social media, participating in retail therapy, co-hosting my podcast, and drinking iced coffee until my heart is content. My experience in client service, operations, visual merchandising, and personal styling have only enhanced my caffeine fueled imaginative approach to marketing and social media. I have a flair for style and artistic tendencies that inspire creative marketing campaigns and social media content that is not only captivating but imaginative.

As the little sister of the Into Innovations team, I’m always keeping my team members laughing. I’m an old soul that can balance the analytical and emotional sides of my brain very well. I have a strong love for social media and the connections that can be made using different platforms. Prior to joining the Into Innovations team, I worked in various salons managing their social media pages, shooting content and putting together different advertisements and newsletters.
When I am away from my desk, I can always be found pet sitting (corgi’s are my favorite), traveling to various concerts (especially for Taylor Swift) or discovering new music while tending to my vegetable garden.
Mason Bell

From web to print, graphic design is my passion. I have a strong love for branding, typography, and Pantone colors. In 2023, I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Graphic Design and a minor in Communications. While attending the university, I worked in the PR office as a student designer, which further grew my love for design.
Outside of work, I can be found spending time with my friends, watching TikTok, or tackling some DIY project on my Cricut. I love all things art and design and am ready to try and DIY any project to save some money.
